  多光子纠缠的实验通常会随光子数目的增加变得复杂,同时会导致密度矩阵维数的指数增长及其测量时间的巨大消耗。从实际情况来看,我们希望通过少量测量以获得最多的信息。低秩矩阵恢复提供了这样一种可能性,解决了当密度矩阵维数大时所需数据多的问题.实验上可以通过输入数据的一小部分,来计算所有其他数据。当利用纯态,稀疏等先验知识时, 通过估计其密度矩阵及其保真度,计算结果与实验吻合的很好. 这将有助于低秩矩阵重建方法推广到多光子纠缠态的计算。

题  目:Dynamic Landscape of Human Islet Amyloid Polypeptide

The deposits of human Islet Amyloid Polypeptide (hIAPP or amylin) is thought to be related to the death of the pancreatic islet beta-cells in type-II diabetes. The microscopic pathogenic mechanism of type-II diabetes is not understood. Recently the monomers and oligomers of hIAPP have gained widely attentions for explaining their toxic function and membrane disruption to beta-cells. Since hIAPP is an intrinsically disordered protein (IDP) which lacks a fixed or ordered three-dimensional structure in the normal physiological environments. At the moment a full in silico analysis of the hIAPP structure is still very difficult for a variety of reasons using an all-atom molecular dynamics simulation. In our works, we focus on developing our soliton modeling and the heating and cooling simulations that can be used to probe the structure of the dynamic landscape of intrinsically disordered proteins in general and applying these methods to study the orientation of alpha-helix structures in lipid membrane and aggregation propensity of the transitional conformation of hIAPP. After our heating and cooling procedure, it will be presented that several dominant topological structures of hIAPP with the different orientation and analyze the features to reveal their propensity of amyloid fibril aggregation.
