题 目:Growth of Thin Film per Pulsed Laser Deposition by O2 Background
          氧气背景环境下脉冲激光沉积法(PLD)薄膜制作

摘要:In our lab thin film are grown in vacuum by PLD(pulsed laser deposition). SrRuO3 on SrTiO3 were studied.SrRuO3 and SrTiO3 have same structure. Because of the small difference of lattice constant the interface will be strained and exhibits new features.Thin film growth is studied under different conditions. The influence of temperature, background gas and laser parameter to thin film topography will be present.
SrRuO3 和 SrTiO3 拥有类似的晶体结构,并且晶格系数相差很小。当SrRuO3在SrTiO3上生长时,界面上的原子层会有张力作用。这些原子层会由此而表现出一些新的物理特性。实验中,通过脉冲激光沉积法(PLD)实现SrRuO3在SrTiO3上的生长。实验中改变不同的生长条件,诸如基片表面参数,生长温度以及激光参数,并通过原子力显微镜(AFM)来检测其对于薄膜表面形态的影响。

报告人简介:新葡萄京娱乐场8455物理系2002届的本科生,现任职于德国科特布斯(Cottbus)的勃兰登堡工业大学(Brandenburg Technical University, 简称BTU)物理系。

题 目: Study of Electronic Transport Properties of Doped C60 Molecular Device

摘要:In this paper, the elastic scattering Green’s function which is adopted in the studies of the electronic transport properties of molecular device in the framework of the hybrid density function theory is briefly introduced. The electronic transport properties of four different configurations of the doped C60 molecular device are particularly researched using this theory on the basis of the structural optimization. This paper declares that theoretical study can provide guidance for the design of the C60 and its doped molecular device through these calculation results and their comparisons.
