科研方向

近年来主要从事自旋电子学、纳米磁学、石墨烯等低维量子系统中自旋输运、光电特性及传感机制方面的研究,尤其关注利用缺陷调控器件性能。

学术成就

  已在Nature Communications, Nano Letters, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano,Advanced Functional Materials,Nano Energy,APL, PRB等物理、纳米领域国际顶级刊物发表SCI论文90余篇,其中影响因子3.0以上70余篇。申请发明专利3项。系列工作在Science、Nature子刊、PRL、及各类重要综述上,被国内外同行正面引用2300余次,h-index = 27。是Nature子刊、ACS Nano、ACS Photonics、Nanoscale、Scientific Reports、APL等20几个国际著名期刊的审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和北理工科技创新专项,作为主要研究人员参加国家重点研发专项2项。是基金委面上项目函评专家和国家重点研发专项的会评专家,多次参加材料组和综合组的视频评审会。2017年获新葡萄京娱乐场8455教学成果二等奖,2018年获北京市教学成果二等奖。
