Dr Carolyn Love.com had grown a loyal following among believers and students as an Internet Information Portal for Christians. The challenge is there was little opportunity for her to monetize the site traffic. Historically, she prided herself on keeping the information portal free of products and promotions, hoping that visitors would appreciate her unique web concepts and donate. This content driven website strategy did not yield as many new members, students or money as hoped.

BMG repositioned DrCarolynLove.com as Showcase/Ecommerce CMS website focused on serving the specific needs of members that also provided leadership information. This was essential as member interviews revealed that much of her audience base were most interested in self improvement.
By presenting DrCarolynLove.com as the inspirational, informative website that understood the exact needs of Christians, she was able to grow market share for products. Creating a monthly digital magazine version of her book and expanding the direct mail program also drove sales for her book.
